Machinery Partner service and support team installing a conveyor on a jaw crusher

When you order from Machinery Partner, you’re not just buying a crusher, screener, or concrete batch plant. You’re investing in a machine that’s already been looked over by real people: technicians, engineers, and logistics pros who make sure it’s ready to go to work the day it arrives in your yard.

Before any machine reaches your site, it goes through a full pre-delivery process. This includes inspections, adjustments, documentation, and coordination across multiple hands. Our in-house support team manages it all, as well as working with trusted partners like PM Solutions in New Jersey and Lavy Enterprises in Ohio to deliver machines that are clean, tested, and ready for the job.

Here’s how it works.

From the Factory Floor to Final Delivery

Most of our equipment comes from world-class manufacturers overseas. That means your machine takes a long journey from the factory floor in Europe, across the Atlantic Ocean to a port in the U.S.. After delivery to the U.S. mainland your machine will then be moved by truck or rail to your yard’s location. And just like with any heavy machinery moving across oceans, things can shift.

It’s not uncommon for hoses to loosen slightly, small fittings to rattle, or bolts to need a final torque check after shipping. That’s why we don’t ship and hope for the best. Every machine gets a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before it’s sent on the final leg of its journey.

These inspections are critical. They catch small issues that happen in transit and make sure every part of the machine is functioning as it should, so there are no surprises when it shows up at your yard.

The People Behind the Process

The Machinery Partner Service Team | Nationwide

The work doesn’t stop with our partners. Behind the scenes, our in-house service and support team is keeping everything on track. They coordinate inspections, schedule logistics, and make sure every machine is prepped with the right documentation, tech setup, and customer guidance before it ships.

Our team is made up of machine specialists, former operators, and technical advisors who understand these machines inside and out and know what it needs to perform in the field. They’re the ones answering your questions, reviewing machine specs, and keeping the whole system moving.

Whether it’s tracking a delivery, troubleshooting an issue, or getting you spare parts, they’re the ones making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

If you're a new customer, these are the people who will walk you through the entire process. If you're already a partner, you will already know them by name.

PM Solutions | Dayton, New Jersey

Nicholas Grady, owner of PM Solutions, plays a key role in staging, inspecting, and prepping equipment for Machinery Partner customers across the Northeast.

His team checks machines top to bottom, making sure all systems are in working order. They verify wiring, tighten connections, run operational tests, and handle final staging before delivery.

“We treat every delivery like it’s going to our own job site. That means no shortcuts, no guessing. Just making sure the customer gets what they need.” says Nicholas.

Lavy Enterprises | Ohio

Ivan and Austin at Lavy Enterprises take pride in making sure your machine is right before it gets to you.

When machines arrive from overseas, they inspect every belt, bolt, and hydraulic line. They don’t just check boxes. They look for the small things that could hold you up on day one and fix them before the machine moves again.

“We want that machine to show up to your site ready to go,” says Ivan. “We make sure it looks good, runs clean, and doesn’t need a bunch of tweaks before you can use it.”

Coordinated Shipping to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Whether your site is in New Jersey, Alaska, or the middle of Oahu, we’ll get your machine there. Our support team handles the logistics and communication so everything is clear, and you know when and how your equipment is arriving.

When machines ship to remote or non-mainland locations, our partners still inspect them before delivery. We often recommend a final check once they arrive. It’s a smart extra step for machines that have traveled thousands of miles, crossed rough seas, and passed through multiple carriers.

Why This Matters

You’ve got jobs to run. Delays cost money. That’s why we invest time, people, and resources into this pre-shipping process.

This level of prep is standard for a Machinery Partner customer. It’s what makes the difference between a delivery and a machine that shows up ready to perform. That’s how we keep customers moving.
